Zeddit ("we", "us", "our") provides a Reddit monitoring and opportunity inbox for founders and teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Zeddit, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Account data — email address, name (if provided), and authentication details via our auth provider.
• Product setup — website URLs, product summaries, keywords, and competitors you choose to track.
• Usage data — inbox actions (saved, replied, ignored), scan history, and basic app interaction needed to operate the service.
• Billing data — plan, subscription status, and payment-related identifiers from our payment provider (merchant of record). We do not store full card numbers on Zeddit servers.
• Communications — emails you send us, and alert emails we send you (if enabled).

3. How we use information

• Provide Reddit monitoring, scoring, reply drafts, and your opportunity inbox
• Send optional email alerts about high-scoring opportunities
• Process subscriptions and prevent abuse
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations

4. Third-party services

We use trusted processors to run Zeddit, which may include authentication and database hosting, payment processing, email delivery, AI providers for scoring/drafts, and Reddit data providers for discovery. These parties process data only as needed to provide their services under their own policies.

5. Reddit and public content

Zeddit surfaces publicly available Reddit posts that match your keywords. We do not claim ownership of Reddit content. You are responsible for complying with Reddit's rules and applicable law when you engage on Reddit.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies / local storage for authentication sessions and preferences such as theme. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data retention

We keep account and product data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated workspace data by contacting us. Some billing or security records may be retained as required by law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your choices

• Update or delete websites, keywords, and inbox items in the app
• Turn email alerts on or off in Settings
• Cancel your subscription from Billing
• Request account deletion or a copy of your data by emailing us

10. Children

Zeddit is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
