Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Zeddit ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Zeddit helps you monitor Reddit for keyword-matched conversations, score opportunities, draft replies, and manage an inbox. Features may change as we improve the product. Paid plans unlock website setup, monitoring, and related limits described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your region).

4. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans (Pro / Max) are billed through our payment provider (merchant of record). Prices are shown in the app and on the website.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel from Billing (subject to our payment provider's checkout and customer portal flows).
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered by us or our payment provider.
  • Adding websites, keywords, and running scans requires an active paid plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate Reddit's user agreement, content policy, or community rules
  • Spam, scrape beyond authorized use, or abuse rate limits
  • Post deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content using drafts from Zeddit
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Resell or misuse the Service in a way that harms other users or platforms

AI reply drafts are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for anything you post on Reddit or elsewhere.

6. Third-party platforms

Reddit and other third-party services are not controlled by Zeddit. Availability of posts, APIs, or data sources may change without notice. We are not liable for third-party outages, bans, or policy changes.

7. Intellectual property

Zeddit's software, branding, and UI are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to your product content and materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee specific leads, rankings, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEDDIT AND ITS SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using Zeddit at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (including liability limits) will survive.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
